Terms & Conditions

A 50% non-returnable deposit is required when placing an order, the balance is payable 2 weeks prior to despatch or collection of the order.

The order will be despatched or made available for collection once full payment has been received and cheques cleared.

Payment can be made by cheque, cash (in person) or Paypal.

Please do not send cash through the post.

Proofs are prepared for approval by the client. Approval of proofs is mandatory before the order is produced. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all information is correct. Lippy Creations can not be held responsible for errors or omissions that go un-noticed after approval of proofs.

Surcharges may be applied if alterations are deemed to be excessive but are at the discretion of Lippy Creations. Any alterations to post-approval of proofs will be accepted at the discretion of Lippy Creations. All post-approval alterations are done at the cost of the client.

Prices quoted are fixed from receipt of confirmation of order, but otherwise are subject to change.

Prices quoted are based on quantities discussed. Any further quantities ordered after confirmation may be subject to additional costs or items may no longer be available.

We will endeavour to work to given delivery dates, but delays with approval of proofs and/or alterations may extend the delivery date. Delivery dates are subject to force majeure.

Lippy Creations cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
